What a good and great location in a pleasant neighbourhood! Besides, excellent for visiting Regional Studies Museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, as it was easily accessible and near transportation options. The breakfast was appetizing, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to popular landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and sparkling clean. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and speak English which added to our very pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and was served in a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the owner provides free transport to and from the train station.

One minor point of improvement could be the lack of work desk in the rooms.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. When I arrived early in the morning, they allowed me to check-in and freshen up. The owner even drove me to the best plov spot in town to ensure I didn't miss out. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the overall experience was wonderful. The Usman offers exceptional service, from train ticket assistance to arranging taxis and providing early medications, all with a smile. The hotel is clean and modern with a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond, even offering free transportation and organizing an amazing guided trip around Samarkand. A proper family-run business with exquisite decor and helpful hosts.
